Shipping policies

I will only ship to the address provided when order is purchases. If there is an issue with the address please contact me as soon as you can.

I try to use recycled packaging where I can.

All orders are sent via An Post postal service.

If you would like a tracking number please purchase the Registered Post option during check out.

International customers please note I cannot take responsibility for any tax, customs, duties or fees arising from posting to your country.

Personalized items, bulk order or custom made can take up to 4 weeks, please feel free to message me any questions regarding such orders.

Returns*

*For Christmas orders I accept returns until January 31

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
